Malaysia Landing/
Overflight permit

If you plan to operate a foreign-registered aircraft for a non-scheduled flight through Malaysian airspace or to Malaysia, it is imperative that you obtain a flight permit in advance.

To ensure that all necessary arrangements are made prior to your departure, the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia stipulates a lead time of three (3) working days for the submission of permit applications.

We recognize the criticality of this process and are at your disposal 24/7 to assist with the requisite permit arrangements.

Airport Slot

Securing landing approval at any airport in Malaysia requires us to provide slot time confirmation in a timely manner is crucial to ensure a smooth and seamless process. As this responsibility falls on our shoulders, it is of utmost importance that we take all necessary steps to procure this document promptly and efficiently.

Foreign Air Operator Certificate

In order to conduct a Charter/Commercial Non-Schedule or any other hire or reward flight operation to or from Malaysia, it is mandatory to obtain a Foreign Air Operator Certificate (FAOC). It is of utmost importance to ensure that all the necessary details and supporting documents are submitted along with the FAOC application at least 90 days in advance of the scheduled flight.

To minimize any potential last-minute issues, it is highly recommended that charter operators planning to fly to or from Malaysia initiate the FAOC application process well in advance.

Prior Permission Required

For any aircrafts planning to land at Military Airfield Kuantan (WMKD), Gong Kedak (WMGK), Labuan (WBKL) or Butterworth (WMKB) in Malaysia, it is crucial that the Prior Permission Required (PPR) is obtained.

It is suggested the PPR application to be submitted at least fourteen (14) working days in advance to ensure a seamless process. However, if time is of the essence, our team is readily available to assist you throughout the PPR application process and ensure that your landing is executed successfully.
